For Special Entry Request, to provide:

(1) Copy of Passport;
(2) Copy of Immigration Pass in Passport;
(3) Provide justifications of visit (including duration/ date on entry) and contact number during visit in Sabah;
(4) Booking confirmation/ proof of stay in Sabah;
(5) Proof of tour travels packages (if any)/ official visit supporting documentations; and
(6) Return ticket/ confirmed flight itinerary.
